Every product includes a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects.
If your shades are in Fuckedtown and you're not sure how they got there, please fill out this form and we'll get back to you within 5 business days.

Lost? Stolen? At the bottom of the lake? Destroyed by your dog or your own stupidity? Sorry friend, if it wasn't the Pit Viper's fault it's probably not a warranty. Send us a video anyway though. Maybe we will help you out on your next pair or something. One time only.
Here are the steps for your video:
Step 1: Shoot a dramatic reenactment of how they broke.
Step 2: Refer to the word 'dramatic' in step 1. WE WANT DRAMA.
Step 3: Submit these three things to baz@pitviper.com 1. Dramatic reenactment video 2. Photos of broken pair 3. Original order number or proof of purchase.
Step 4: We watch your video and critique the cinematic quality and direction.
Step 5: Get replacement Pit Vipers, or a discount or something.
